Refunds are applicable if CA office Automation is unable to complete the service due to reasons within our control, or if you cancel before work has commenced.
Government fees, stamp duty, and third-party charges once paid are non-refundable. Professional fees are non-refundable once the work has been initiated.
To request a refund, contact support@mfiling.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
In cases where partial work has been completed, a proportionate refund may be issued at our discretion.
If we are unable to deliver your service within the committed timeline due to our fault, you are entitled to a full refund of the professional fee.
